NetBalancer is a program that you can limit bandwidth on any process. I uninstalled it, rebooted it and the problem seems gone forever (hopefully). Now I remember it did crashed sometimes yesterday and in the past. NetBalancer crashed itself without error at the excat time the disconnect occur. It lasted longer about 1 hour for a while but the problem comes back again. I ran network troubleshooting and it reported that it fixed standardgateway. Went to BIOS and enable it back, and testing Killer adapter. I totally forgot that my motherboard have 2 ethernet adapters, One is Intel(R) Ethernet Connection I217-V and other one is Killer E2200 Gigabit Ethernet Controller and I had it disabled on BIOS since i never using it.
